SHIPPING INFO
You will be sent a tracking number as soon as your package is delivered to the mailing facility. Orders will be shipped via the USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail Express.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Although regular orders are typically shipped out within 2 to 5 business days of ordering, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for custom orders.

ADDRESS ACCURACY: Please make sure your address is accurate on your account. If an order is sent to the wrong address due to an outdated or incorrect address in your account, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If items are returned due to an incorrect address, you may request a refund for the items in acceptable condition, but please note that a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the order cost to cover restocking expenses.
FREE SHIPPING (up to 7 business days): All orders with a minimum of $125 are eligible for free economy shipping. This applies only to orders shipping to the US Continental 48 states and the total must be at least $125 before tax and any discounts. Your order may take up to 7 business days to arrive (or 4 business days for select Florida zip codes) after the order ships. You will be sent a tracking number as soon as the order has been dropped off at the mailing office.

LOCAL PICKUP (1 business day unless custom order): Orders may be picked up at The Market of Milton (5pm-8pm) on Thursdays or The Market of Pace (9am-1pm) on Saturdays. Please contact us if these times don't work for you and we would be happy to arrange a different time/location or we will contact you if we are unable to make it to The Market that week.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot guarantee delivery of any order shipped outside the United States. For these orders we are not able to offer refunds or returns and tracking updates will be limited.​

Shipping Quotes: If the international shipping quote you receive is incorrect or insufficient we'll contact you about other shipping options and cannot guarantee shipment per any international shipping quote issued on our website.

If your order is shipping USPS First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.
